Precision Reducer for Heavy-Duty Robotic Joints

It combines "high torque that can realize smooth rotation even under heavy load" with "high precision due to small clearance between parts". The backlash is less than 1 arc minute, which can bear 5 times the rated torque, and the allowable torque can reach 2.5 times the rated torque when starting and stopping. At the same time, it realizes high torque, high rigidity and high precision. The launch of QL-3500E sets a new standard for performance and reliability in demanding industrial applications. It will play an important role in the fields of large and heavy robot joints, bearing shafts of construction machinery, energy rotary drive and so on, and drive the further development of intelligent manufacturing.
